Labor Assistance

During labor, our experienced doulas offer unwavering support, comfort measures, advocacy, and encouragement to help parents navigate the birthing process confidently. We are dedicated to creating a calm and empowering birthing environment, promoting a positive birth experience for both parents and their newborn.

Postpartum Care

Our postpartum care services focus on nurturing and assisting new parents during the early stages of parenthood. We provide emotional support, practical assistance, infant care guidance, and breastfeeding support to ensure a smooth transition into parenthood, promoting physical and emotional well-being for the whole family.

Our Services

Basic Doula Package

2 prenatal meeting: discuss your birth preferences, create a personalized birth plan, explore labor strategies, and review comfort measures. This session is also a space to answer any questions you have about birth and the postpartum period.
On-Call Support (37–41 Weeks): I am fully on call during this time to support you whenever labor begins.
In-Person Labor Support: Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support throughout your labor and birth.
Ongoing Support: I am available for guidance from our initial meet-and-greet through 6 weeks postpartum.
Postpartum Care: Includes three 1-hour postpartum visits to support your recovery, infant care, and transition into parenthood. Get the support you need during the postpartum period with our customized care.
